Great idea but one small, or large, PROBLEM?

The room for that new top rack had to come from somewhere. Well it seems it was taken from the bottom rack. The first time we used it we discovered we can NO LONGER WASH our cookie sheet in the dish washer. The only way to fit an average size cookie sheet in this thing is to lean it at an exaggerated angle or simply lay it flat which just takes up an unreasonable amount of space. So it’s not a huge deal having to wash some dishes by hand but it kind of defeats the purpose of having a Dishwasher if your dishes don’t fit. This would have little to NO affect on the average person. If you are a big into BAKING then this is NOT the dishwasher for you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher a few weeks ago. This is my fourth dishwasher in 19 years. It is the best one that we have ever had. It is super quiet. You cannot hear it running at all. I also love the third rack. This dishwasher holds so many dishes which is great for my large family. I do not care for the silverware tray but I can overlook that for the other great qualities
