[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this to replace an older kitchenaid that was still running but was black. i specifically bought for the low decibel rating (39db). i cannot hear it running at all, which allows me to run it anytime it's full vs waiting until evening and running overnight. there is plenty of space for all my items (big and small). not sure i needed that 3rd level utensil rack, but i use it occasionally and it serves its purpose. my old dishwasher didn't do well with the detergent pods. this one does great! the pod releases and disintegrates every time and everything is sparkling clean. i highly recommend this dishwasher.

I like having the controls out of sight and reach of little hands. The new dishwasher is certainly different from the old one we had for over 30 years, as you can imagine.
