Great washing poor soap door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great at cleaning dishes and very glad to have it BUT impossible to put powdered soap in. It simply sticks and the soap door will not close. VERY frustration -- so high tech except for this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer two weeks ago and it is great. Noise level is so low that I have to get really close to it to make sure it is running. Also, it cleans much better and faster than our old washer, the dishes come out sparkling and totally clean. Really like the third shelf for cup lids and flat cooking utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with unit, perhaps a little slow. But would still recommend it. Disappointing that I can’t get thru to customer service to purchase an extended warranty. Have tried 5 times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works well and is very quiet but the bottom shelf is not designed to hold bowls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans the dishes well. We had a kitchen aid before which had more features than this one. This one is like a base model compared to the other. Disappointing.
