Quiet, Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer two weeks ago and it is great. Noise level is so low that I have to get really close to it to make sure it is running. Also, it cleans much better and faster than our old washer, the dishes come out sparkling and totally clean. Really like the third shelf for cup lids and flat cooking utensils.

Horrible. I never write reviews but this dishwasher doesnt work. It just hums and shuts off. I wasnt able to even do 1 load of dishes. I asked for a new dishwasher and Kithchen Aid rep told me they only replace parts under the warranty. I have definitely lost trust in the brand and will never buy Kitchen Aid products again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
