Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher 4 months ago and it has worked great. It is so quiet that we sometimes have to look at the front panel to see if we actually started it. During the first month an electronic issue caused it to stop working and beep intermittently, but a call to our dealer taught us how to reset the panel if it ever happens again. It hasn't. I marked the design as only a 4 because opening and closing the door often causes buttons to be pushed, and we have to hit the "cancel" button. It's also difficult to see the control panel while the dishwasher is closed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Superb Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to my KitchenAid dishwasher, and I cannot be more pleased! It is the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. The third level utensil rack is so handy for small items and long utensils. My dishwasher gets all of my dishes, pots and pans clean with very little pre-rinsing needed. We made the right choice by selecting KitchenAid and highly it to anyone who wants a quality, quiet dishwasher!

Great purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased all new kitchen appliances at the end of July 2021 (still waiting for the refrigerator). We did not install the dishwasher right away since we were slowly remodeling the kitchen. I was impressed at how quiet the dishwasher runs! I can't hear it even when I'm in the kitchen. It also cleans the dishes beautify. We are very pleased with the ease of use and have been telling everyone who is looking for a new dishwasher to buy this one!

Extremely Dissatisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous dishwasher was a KitchenAid and I was thrilled. The pump died so we bought a new one. I HATE this dishwasher. The top (third) rack is useless. This dishwasher does NOT dry anything even on extended heated dry. I have two infants and the baby bottles come out soiled. I am miserable. I will never buy KichenAid again. Run away from this dishwasher as fast as you can!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is an improvement over the last two KitchenAid dishwashers I have purchased.
This model is a replacement of one of those, which lasted over 17 years. The other is newer (in a different location) and still in great condition. I think you have the best dishwasher on the market. I have experienced using a relatively new Bosch dishwasher recently. I would replace it with this KitchenAid model.

Happy with my purchase

Had a whirlpool and what’s crazy is kitchen aid and whirlpool are under the same umbrella. But this kitchen aid dishwasher is awesome. Cleans dishes in one wash with one dish pod, super quiet and fast. I love the 3 tier trays. I can place utensils on the top tray. I’m very please with my purchase. No issues. Had it for about 1 month.
