Great look, amazing features,

I had an old mobile dishwasher that was so loud and heavy, this new one is so quiet I often forget it's even on and have to go check, everything comes out clean and perfect everytime, it installed wonderfully and I couldn't be happier I love this unit

not working on startup

Super Quiet and Cleans GREAT!!

Not working properly!

Have a sensor that goes off after almost every cycle. Have a services ticket opened for a few weeks but parts take forever to arrive and we barely can use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this machine is just ok. It seems to clean well. However, Our standard sized dinner plates cannot be placed upright in the lower shelf. This means they have to be tilted dramatically, which takes up a lot more room. I would be happy to do without the top shelf since room inside the machine is the issue that causes this problem. I'm sure I will figure out a way of loading it that works almost as well as my last machine, but this design flaw is a hassle, at least for now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor vent design

I do not like this design of the vent on the door! When the washing cycle is done and you open the door there is a puddle of water that comes out the vent onto the floor. It doesn’t matter if I open it right away when cycle is done or leave it for a day it still leaks out water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
