Super Quiet!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased this about a month ago after our 21 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher finally quit and we are so happy we did! It has exceeded expectations with the exception of the normal dishwasher cycle taking just under 3 hours to complete. It is super quiet, cleans exceptionally well and I would recommend to anyone needing a good solid dishwasher!
I would recommend this to a friend!

VERY LOUD THUMPING SOUND WHEN RUNNING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only run it twice in a month because there is a loud thumping sound during part of the cycle. We are awaiting for an approved Warranty Repair Service call to determine what the problem is. The dishwasher appears to wash ok but we are very concerned about this sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

not the greatest washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not happy with the dishwasher, I already had to reset it once after the quick wash and normal wash buttons become inoperative. Lets hope this was an isolated incident, but right now it gets a one star...this stuff shouldn't happen within weeks of installing it

Third Rack Rocks!

Third rack works well and is so out of site "view" that twice i have forgot to empty the third rack. We wanted a model with a heating element visable at the bottom and this one did not disappoint!
