I received my NewAir humidor about a week ago and this thing is user friendly, roomy, and sexy! Not only does it keep my collection at the perfect temperature all year round, but it's a beautiful piece of furniture. My wife won't complain anymore for having plastic containers stacked up in our bedroom. Thanks NewAir!

I bought a NewAir cigar humidor and it stopped working before my year warranty was up. I called CS, unfortunately the unit I purchased they are no longer making. They did try to help by sending a part, this didn't help. So CS then replaced the humidor with a different version at no extra cost to me.

Should You Buy?

Great unit with a couple of issues. First the positives, the temperature readout is spot on, the digital hygrometer is spot on, the fan is quiet, the quality Spanish cedar smells fantastic, build quality is great with a nice air tight door seal and so far it's holding a constant 69° temperature and RH of 70%. Now for the flaws of the unit I received, two of the cedar slats in the cedar draw had separated (very tiny staples holding the bottom slates of the drawer in place), the temperature up and down button is off by 3° so I have to set it at 72° to aquire a internal temperature of 69° and the useless led light that doesn't illuminate any of the interior once the top shelf is full of cigars. Bottom line is, YES I'm happy with this Newair 250 count storage option for my cigars and do recommend this overall well built unit for anyone looking to safely store their fine cigars.

I live in Arizona and this is the only humidor that I have had any success with. So far so good. I am slowly introducing my cigars and the RH is holding. Will be such a pleasure compared to the challenges that I have had to deal with before. Great unit!

I've had the unit for a couple months and the performance has been great. Easy to set up and season, holds humidity well (I use Boveda packs), and fits full boxes of cigars. Also like the drawer which is convenient for keeping single sticks corralled.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the simplicity of the humidor, I just wish they would listen to the precious owners who have reviewed the item and just the setup for the dome light, it is very inefficient. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and will be looking to get another one very soon.

I don't need to talk about quality of these humidor made by NewAir. They have been proven my many cigar enthusiasts. My favorite part of this new unit is the digital hygrometer. It's easy to read and pretty accurate when I tested it along with my other hygrometers. I am so glad that NewAir included a functioning digital hygrometer.
