The Humidor Sweet Spot

No matter how hard I try, a desktop humidor is never enough space. But if you thought a wineador like this was above and beyond what you need for your cigars, this one is just right. Generous space to organize your smokes how you want to; drawer is a nice feature, too. Unexpected perk in a smaller capacity unit like this. Even bigger perk is the hygrometer. But best of all is setting it up and keeping your cigars humidified: in a larger version of this, you'd be tempted to use a CigarOasis or similar. And while you could use the smaller Oasis for this 250-ct, you'd be just as well suited by using Boveda packs. Truly a KISS system. A lot here for the money!

Excellent for cigars!

This is perfect for your cigars! I love how quick and easy it was to set up. I like my cigars are 70/70 and it does it flawlessly! A really great touch is the digital hygrometer. I never liked the analog. I use 2 other digital hygrometers inside the humidor and they all read 1-2% of each other for humidity (One on top shelf and one at the bottom) All 3 read the same temperature. This is a great purchase!

I don't need to talk about quality of these humidor made by NewAir. They have been proven my many cigar enthusiasts.
My favorite part of this new unit is the digital hygrometer. It's easy to read and pretty accurate when I tested it along with my other hygrometers.
I am so glad that NewAir included a functioning digital hygrometer.

Decent so far

I got this a few days ago. So far so good. Setup's a breeze. Basically, it's like a fridge, so just plug and play. Shipping was excellent. Packaging was great. Newair shipped it out quickly.
The one thing I wish I would have known about is the sound of the fan. It's kind of loud. The fan is critical for a humidor like this, but I wish Newair would put a quieter fan in this unit. Fortunately, I have a spare room no one uses, so that's where the unit went. I wanted to put it in my office, but it's just too loud. Other than the kind of loud fan, this unit's great.

NEW AND IMPROVED! Minus 1 Feature..

I spent time with the brand new NewAir 250ct humidor, and it's an outstanding unit. High quality materials, VERY stable, responsive touch-sensitive buttons, I like the air circulation, etc. The only thing they still haven't upgraded / improved on is the useless light - it doesn't shed any light into the humidor if you have anything on the top shelf. I really wish they'd LED-line the inside edge of the door or put individual lights along the side walls for each level or something. Other than the light though, it's as good as it was and better. I'd highly recommend it.

I love this humidor

This humidor is just what I needed.
Very easy to set up and get going. I am very impressed with the quality of this humidor. I love the cedar shelving/draw. I would highly recommend this to any cigar lover out there.

So far so good, it seems like a quality unit. I just completed the two week seasoning period. The hygrometer is off 2-3 degrees and there does not appear to be an easy way to adjust it. My recommendation is to add a standalone hygrometer to the unit for monitoring the humidity levels.
