Excellent Temperature Controlled Humidor

I have an older humidor from Newair which continues to go strong but this new one is an improvement from the previous releases. The airflow is significantly improved so there are no dead spots. The addition of a digital hygrometer is also a great improvement over the analog ones since they are way more accurate and is within 1% of my Xikar hygrometer.

Great So far as a Humidor. The lock could use work

This is brand new and it's on it's 6th day of seasoning. So far everything is working as it should. I must say, the locking mechanism is pretty terrible. The Door latches to a plate installed on the bottom of the enclosure, and I've already had someone mistake the locked door as a stuck door and try and pull on it. Luckily it wasn't too hard and I have absolutely no need for the lock.

Some flaws but great product

Light in unit is useless it only lights up the top shelf and you can barley see what you have placed in the top shelf when the door is closed due to the touch screen panel. The hygrometer in the unit is off as well. Other than these two things i really like this humidor.

The Lamborghini of small appliances

I love Newair! I'm a cigar lover. I bought my first humidor 4 years ago and it was a newair humidor. The quality in this thing was outstanding. I loved it, however, it was too large for me, (held over 400 cigars). As I only have about 100 cigars at a time, I decided to sell that unit and buy a new 250 storage capacity Newair humidor. I'm the cigar community, newair is highly regarded as the Lamborghini of humidors. Anyone who's anyone has one because of the quality. Now after just over a year of owning this new humidor, I found a small humidity leak. I contacted newair and in less than 5 minutes, they informed me they would send me a brand new unit to replace the defective one. (Defects can happen to the best of brands), but what matters is how that brand responds to the defects. I'll be a newair customer for life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Choice for those prized Cigars

I love this unit. It is very easy to setup and use. I had no issues getting the proper temperature settings to stay at an optimal setting. It's a great buy for that cigar enthusiast.

I love my Newair 250 Count Electric Cigar Humidor. It has a great seal and a quiet, but powerful fan to keep the air circulating. This greatly helps the unit to have a solid RH. It's also absolutely gorgeous and blends in with the esthetics of my home perfectly!

Smaller than I anticipated

Awesome design. A bit smaller than I anticipated. I wanted to be able to place a few boxes inside. My box of Cohibas 25x was a bit taller than the shelving space so had to take a shelf out. Already need to upgrade to a bigger model.
