Easy and accurate

Love my new humidor from NewAir. I found it very easy to set up and acclimate to proper humidity and temp. It has remained accurate and super easy to maintain once cigars are added! Would definitely recommend!!

Great unit with a couple of issues. First the positives, the temperature readout is spot on, the digital hygrometer is spot on, the fan is quiet, the quality Spanish cedar smells fantastic, build quality is great with a nice air tight door seal and so far it's holding a constant 69° temperature and RH of 70%. Now for the flaws of the unit I received, two of the cedar slats in the cedar draw had separated (very tiny staples holding the bottom slates of the drawer in place), the temperature up and down button is off by 3° so I have to set it at 72° to aquire a internal temperature of 69° and the useless led light that doesn't illuminate any of the interior once the top shelf is full of cigars. Bottom line is, YES I'm happy with this Newair 250 count storage option for my cigars and do recommend this overall well built unit for anyone looking to safely store their fine cigars.

Good product but it definitely does NOT fit 250 count. I have another humidor from another company that smells amazing once you open the door and you are hit with that cedar smell which unfortunately I don't get with this product. Not a dealbreaker, but just a preference. Having said that it's still good but I'm not wowed

It's easy to use and set up. There's a guide inside on how to season and set the right temperatures. Register the product with the warranty company, they offer support for the product as well just in case you have questions. The cedar wood trays are easy to season and you can adjust them to different heights. The drawer is a nice touch for the special pieces that you may want to add as well. So far so good, the temperature is always perfectly in line and it's a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far not the best experience.

I bought the 250 humidor and it has had a problem of continually running which in turn has created a situation where it will not hold the humidity level needed to maintain my cigar collection. I have contacted customer support and they stated they are sending me a new unit. In theory I love the humidor and the support but in functionality the unit I have has not functioned correctly.

this is an excellent unit - very pleased. its getting a bad rap on many reviews, the fan does run all of the time - but its a circulation fan, its supposed to run all of the time. Some folks feel that this is due to an inadequate cooling unit that "cant catch up" Would be helpful if Newair provide more detailed instructions on how to maintain humidity in the unit. Other than that, if you've never experience cigars kept in a temperature and humidity controlled environment, you don't know what you're missing. The flavor opens up dramatically...

Set up and working great! Quality build. The doorhandle on side is sleek. Control panel is very nice!

I received my NewAir humidor about a week ago and this thing is user friendly, roomy, and sexy! Not only does it keep my collection at the perfect temperature all year round, but it's a beautiful piece of furniture. My wife won't complain anymore for having plastic containers stacked up in our bedroom. Thanks NewAir!
