This is my second router made by Asus ,this one having upgraded bandwidth and ability to give better coverage to my backyard, deck, workshop, pool areas. From my experience Asus routers are “Top Quality” .

Bought this to replace old Asus unit and use as an aimesh base with a new AX1800. However, could not get the aimesh to work even with the two units side by side. A chat on line with Asus could not solve the issue. But, all is not lost as I just set the AX1800 as a repeater which works for my needs. Would like to see the aimesh work, but I think the software is not quite working easily and needs some work. Maybe a firmware update in the future will solve the issue I had.
