I have been alway bothered by a hacker who living next door house for years and who could found my Wi-Fi password in just 2-3 minutes after I changed it, the Wi-Fi 6 router I was used from an internet provider… Frustrated for years and I recently searched online and found this ASUS RT-AX3000 v2 router, after I read many wonderful reviews and I purchased it on July 19, 2023. After a month being using and I am very happy with this little powerful and truly excellent Router!!!
Though I still have a few issues needing to be fixed and I am learning, but I want to say surely: I love this Router and I am very satisfied for having it. It’s a huge difference from the Router I was used before. This RT-AX3000 v2 Router has bring me a peace mind. Thanks to ASUS.

Doesn't Work For More than 1 year and a half.

I've had it for a short time and it no longer works. It was perfect for a while but now it just trash.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused.
All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last. The router not working after a year and a half of usage is a random problem. Typically, by simply doing a power cycle to both your ISP's modem and the router will resolve the issue. Additionally, check if your ISP's credentials still maches the router's settings. Furthermore, please update the firmware if it was outdated. The most current firmware version is posted at: https://www.asus.com/us/networking-iot-servers/wifi-routers/asus-wifi-routers/rt-ax3000/helpdesk_bios?model2Name=RT-AX3000. After a successful firmware update, check if the router's settings still matches your ISP's credentials. If these steps were performed to no avail, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. An RMA number is required to send it in for service. For RMA details, please go to: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/818/.

I replaced a much older netgear router with this one and the difference is eye-opening. My download speeds went up by a factor of 10 (upload speeds didn't change much) and walls and doors pose much less dampening to the wifi signal in other parts of the house now.

The router doubled our speed from the local vendor who provided us the original wifi router and modem. Routers do matter and don't be satisfied with the equipment provided by your local utility wifi vendor.

I have an RT-AT55 that kept dropping Roku. I made it part of our mesh network on our second floor. The RT-AX3000 is the main hub on the first floor and everything works great! I get a good Wi-Fi connection 600 feet outside the house!!!

This router was a great upgrade from my previous router that was supplied from the cable/internet provider. It’s user friendly setup was complete in minutes. And I can confirm that it works with older smart light bulbs and home smart devices!
