Impeccable quality as I’ve come to expect from products manufactured in Japan. My Tiger rice cooker I’d used since my college days (17 years ago) recently found its way into my mother’s home, and this seemed like a perfect replacement. Given the increasing size of my immediate family, I opted for the larger version of this model. Needless to say, its performance has been stellar, and my son loves the little “twinkle twinkle” jingle it plays each time it starts (fun little touch). While the immediate cost is high, the product is manufactured in Japan. Hence, it will likely last for 2 decades or more if properly cared for. If you enjoy rice with and in your meals, this is an amazing machine that will not disappoint.

I adore my new rice cooker. I use it almost daily. There are so many options for your rice and I love hearing the chime when it starts and finishes. The price is steep but it's worth it if you're someone who makes rice a lot.
