I’ve had this rice cooker for about two weeks now. I’ve used it probably every day except for two or three. It’s been a huge eye opener for my family and I. It takes a little longer to cook rice than I had hoped on the regular setting, but that is not a hinderance at all to us. It gives an accurate timer on when the rice will be done, so I just plan accordingly. Additionally, the timer function would be perfect for those who need to set it and forget it. The keep warm function is amazing. The rice stays moist and just as perfectly cooked and delicious as when it was first cooked. The cooked rice in this machine is so much higher quality than that of my cheapo Aroma machine that I had for years prior. Absolutely top of the line rice cooker and absolutely worth every penny I spent on it. Not an ounce of buyers remorse. Top notch quality for both craftsmanship as well as the cooked rice it produces. I would recommend hands down over and over to anyone and everyone who is debating on investing in this purchase.

Cooks rice perfectly every time and there is a setting for softer rice which I prefer when making specialty dishes. The platinum inner pan is so easy to clean, in fact the entire unit is easy to clean.
