[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 4 repairs later and 1 new replacement machine and it still crashes on standby when plugged into external monitors or thunderbolt 3 dock. Basically can’t be used for anything other than a paper weight. I hope they fix these issues with the new gen 4 version because this is the worst laptop ever !!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial setup failed several times with storage-related blue-screens and BIOS errors; this is making me doubt the QA that this device.
However after seveal tries the laptop seems to be working fine. It is running cooler than previous Thinkpad iterations with the same form factor.

This was a gift and I grateful but I don't like it. The wifi is constantly falling and the battery wont last more than 4 hours. I definitely prefer other brands that start misbehave on the battery after 8 yrs, not when it is 2 months of use.
