It's a great computer. Light-weight, fast and lots of disk storage. I added a 2Tb second drive. The only con is I missed the fact it didn't have a numeric keypad. All the other P series I purchased over the years had it. I'm an engineer and use it a lot. I'm trying to get used to it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My ThinkPad works great! It is a versatile PC that performs well whether you are working, doing school, or gaming. It is a fast and reliable system, with great storage and an excellent price! If you are considering buying a new laptop, I would highly recommend the ThinkPad!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best laptop I have had for architecture software. Incredibly powerful. Some reviews mentioned a loud fan noise. The loud fan noise was definitely noticeable while the computer was setting up, but has not been a problem at all since--even with heavy duty drafting and gaming applications.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Need to really put this to the test but so far so good. All the applications seem to run without any glitches. Fan noise can increase even when under light use and can be annoying at times. But other than that, the laptop seems to be working fine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very fast, surprisingly light. UHD screen is awesome. I get buyers remorse easily but not with this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I open the box, it is amazing. All aspects of this laptop are perfect. Also, it has excellent keyboards.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still portable and good battery despite upgrading from an ultralight recently. The additional processing power was needed. Quite pleased overall, and my precious Lenovo laptop operated seamlessly for 7 years including during remote field research.
