The build quality and the keyboard and trackpad are all fantastic. We don't use 4k screens on them but they run 4k displays when paired with the Lenovo Thunderbolt 3 230w docking station.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the strongest ThinkPad laptops that I have ever bought.
The quality and performance are great.
- The body is extra sturdy. It feels like a monocoque body, with zero flex and perfect weight.
- i7-10885 based ThinkPad P1 is leaps and bounds faster than my 3 year old ThinkPad P53.
- The OLED 4K display is STUNNING!
- Touchscreen with Pen Pro makes it exceptionally pleasant to sketch and draw. All computers must have touchscreen these days, as we all are used to touchscreen tech
- It's considerably more customer serviceable, with the back lid opening without specialist equipment. I moved my old NVMe drive to the new laptop with ease! I'm very happy.
- I'm a little sad that you cannot see the metal hinges, but they are still great. 180 degree hinges are a godsend and is a massive bonus for drawing with a pen or using the laptop as a personal entertainment system in airplanes.
- Lenovo did great job at integrating with open source tools. As a software engineer running Ubuntu Linux primarily, I am very happy that I had no issues with just installing Ubuntu.
- The configuration is also great when designing complex models and parts in Blender and various CAD/CAM programs.
- Calibration and Lenovo Pen Pro sensitivity makes it a great tool to do digital painting. I had no issues with Sketchbook, Corel Painter or Krita
