The Thinkpad P1 (G3) 15” Mobile Station that I paid high priced for it has poor performance when I am comparing with my Surface i7 that I have it now. In fact I was planning to return the Thinkpad P1 (G3) and got RMA but I got busy and couldn’t shipped back. I am willing to return or exchange with better product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] work station performs well, looks amazing and light as a feather. Was using the P51 previously which was a tank. Only complaint is that the fan sometimes goes wild when no applications are running - typically right after start up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Computer works great for having multiple applications open and staying responsive. I use this computer for website development and have a virtual server on it. Only compliant is that the CPU temperature gets hot 85-95 degrees C on 'Better Performance' rather quickly and fan is constantly spinning even with light loads.

Best to replace Thinkpad Carbon X1 Touch Gen 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed replacements for our 6-year old Thinkpad Carbon X1 Touch Gen 1 PCs. We wanted 17" touch 4K screens with a powerful CPU, and just one SSD since we have external SSDs for backups. Only Thinkpads had the keyboards we enjoyed working on, and the anti-glare screens were best for our eyes. The P1 Gen 3 with Xeon CPU and OLED screens came closest for us, even with 15.6" screens.
