[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using the ThinkPad P1 Gen 3 as a Linux development machine. I was able to easily install Ubuntu 18.04 along side the pre-installed Windows 10 for a dual boot system. All hardware is fully functional when running under Ubuntu.

(Still very important to me.) I knew that I wanted a new laptop that would be similar but even better. I definitely wanted another Lenovo. My new ThinkPad P1 Gen 3 (15”) Mobile Workstation is exactly that! I decked it out with plenty of memory for my Sims 3 game and any other game I decide to try. My favorite feature is how bright the screen is. I love being outside and, with this laptop, I can see the screen perfectly! Just what I wanted!
