i read the negative reviews and have to think a number of ?s. is there some poor production control or a lot of counterfeit items out there? are people using thick cases that don't work with the charger (i used an oem folio case and it does slow down charging a bit.) are these pads connected to the correct oem power source? are they using older phones ,watches, or other manufacturers' phones that are perhaps not compatible? my experience with both the duo and trio has been wonderful. while you can't simply throw a phone in the devices' direction, i find the pads not overly difficult to position with devices on. the charging experience has been a little faster than advertised. i've had nothing but good experiences with the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like that this works for 2 phones and a watch at the same time. (I have F23FE and Galaxy 6 watch). It charges through my case but the case is pretty thin. YMMV

Great when it works!

I have two of these devices. One works flawlessly and the other does not. The one that works is sensitive with where the coils are, but works well, charges quickly and is a great product. My other one has died and gives me two flashing yellow lights and will not charge no matter the device or cable that is connected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
