Wireless charging

bought this three-way wireless charger. thought it would charge my watch as well as my phone . it only charges my cell phone and will not charge my galaxy watch . i am disappointed with my purchase, i should've read the reviews before i bought it .

i change my s21u with supcase unicorn bettle pro case on daily and my galaxy buds+with zero issues. i got this charger with the pre-order deals way back when the s21u launched.
only thing i don't like is that mine is white which was the only color they offered at the time.
i'll complete the trifecta with a galaxy watch 4 soon.
not sure why this device had such a low rating. it's been solid for me for over a year now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

byer beware. this charger will only work with samsung branded cord and wall plug. if either of these are not samsung this charger will not work at all. other than that it seems to work ok. the cord that comes with it is very short. i have not had samsung cords last very long. that is why this is so disappointing. there are several very good quality third party cords and chargers that last a long time.

Breaks down right after warranty expired

while it worked, it worked really well in charging my galaxy buds, galaxy watch and samsung note 20. i was very happy with the product and really promoted it with friends and family. however, just 12 days after my warranty expired, it started blinking yellow and will not charge any devices. i tried to troubleshoot it but have been unsuccessful. the second star is for the one year that it actually worked.

Wireless Duo Charger

I havnt even used mine for a whole year. Called and of course it's out of warranty. It lights up 2 yellow blinking lights and thats it! Googled what that means and apparently its in abort mode...whatever that means. Will not charge anything with or without a case. Samsung states you can take it an authorized dealer that fixes them, but none of them would fix a wireless charger. Save your money! It doesn't work! Disappointed in SAMSUNG.

If the charger lights are blinking yellow, it may indicate that the wall charger is not providing enough wattage. We recommend using an authorized Samsung charger that is at least 25W.
If you believe you have had the device for less than a year, consider looking into warranty options. A link will be provided with additional information about warranty coverage. Samsung products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period of 12 months, as specified for each product.

For me it has been a disappointing experience, the charger takes a long time to charge. When my cell phone reaches 74 percent, it stops charging. I bought it and I don't even use it anymore. Even my Samsung watch takes a long time to charge. I do not recommend anyone to use this wireless charger.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Wireless Charger Trio. Being able to charge three devices at once has been a game changer, especially when you're on the go. With Fast Wireless Charging, you can now do this even faster.
If you notice that your phone is only charging to a certain percentage, please ensure that your wireless charger is receiving a proper charge using an authentic Samsung charging cable and adapter. Additionally, check that Battery Protection is turned off. To do this, make sure the switch next to "Protect battery" or "Battery protection" is turned off; the switch will appear gray when it is off. If this option is enabled, your device will not charge past 85%.
Additionally, ensure that your watch battery is optimized to charge fully and that your device is compatible with wireless charging. Position the device in the center of the charging pad, ensuring there are no obstructions.

Not a good product

charges the phone slowly as the maximum power output is 9w. i have a s20 ultra that works with this product but the charging is slow. wall charger takes 1 hr to charge the phone but this wireless charger takes about 3 hrs. another factor that made me return this product is that it is not compatible with galaxy watch. the only good thing about this product is its design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the trio charge works great; charges my s10, active 2 watch and galaxy buds. to all the negative reviews about this not charging the galaxy watch, read the specs, this charging pad clearly states it will only charge the galaxy watch 3, active and active 2. if you have the original galaxy watch, this will not work.
