Short life

I have owned mine for over a year but went to use it for the third time and I’m getting and error message. When I looked up the error code it had to do with the heating plate. For the amount of money I paid I would expect to get more than 3 uses out of this.

Broke down after 1 year and 3 or 4 uses

Bought this canner approximately 1 year ago.
Tried to pressure can today. Machine started the heat process and then quit.
No power to the display.
Yes there is power to the outlets.

Gasket problem

I bought this a year ago and never used it.i made one batch and it worked fine and now making another batch it created an error that the gasket needs to be replaced. Tried calling into the company and there was no answer and it was about 10:00am.
Not the best support.

My Presto Digital has changed my life!

I have been canning for 65 of my 76 years. I bought the Presto Digital 2-3 years ago and have used it almost every week since then. I have packed away my old Presto Canners and will never go back. It is life changing. The mess and trouble of canning is a distant memory. I absolutely LOVE this canner!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cord too short

Have really had to learn how to adjust the rings/lids

Nice product, but over processeses fresh veggies.

After many months of research, and watching my daughter use the same device I was convinced that I should invest. I do love the product with the exception that my fresh Garden produce is truly over processed. It's unfortunate because that is the primary reason I purchased it. I'm sure that it's due to the amount of time it takes to cool down. I wish there were a way that we could see the actual temperature throughout the processing and cool down cycle without having to purchase another digital device for couple hundred dollars. If I had kept the Box inside the house and it had not been damaged by rain last night, I probably would return it and purchase a good old-fashioned non-digital product. Bottom line, I'm slightly disappointed even though the ease of operation is incredible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this, easy to use. Read and follow the directions. I am a happy canner because of this priduct. And my glass stove will not work with a regular canner.
