Very sad

After year of use it malfunctioned if not paying attention the melted cord would have probably caused my house to burn down. Very sad because I loved this unit. Sad that it died just after year of use.

Flawless performance since day 1!

My son & DIL bought this for me as a birthday present 2 yrs ago. I used a stove top canner previously, but being 70+ yrs old, it was just too heavy to move it, and I now have a glass top stove that I was afraid to use a conventional canner on. This Presto Digital canner has performed flawlessly!!!!!!! I have never had a processing failure of any kind. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Truly Idiot Proof

I love my canner! If I can offer any criticism it is that it could be just a bit taller so that it would be possible to water bath quart jars. I have always been a bit skittish about using traditional pressure canners. Plus my stove has a glass cooktop and I am just not willing to take a chance on breaking it with a traditional canner. My Presto takes away all those fears. It is literally idiot-proof! I am a prime example of that! The hardest part of canning is the actual food prep. The Presto guides you effortlessly through the canning process. This is a great product and it has changed my life! Thank you!

Ive run 6 loads and the nonstick coating is bubbling and pealing off. Now I cant even buy a replacement

End the gossip

I would like Presto to get the USDA's approval for safe canning. I know Presto has done their own and trust them but I'd like Presto to put an end to the gossip out there.

Missing silicone pads

Does not heat up the kitchen!! Yay!

I've had my Presto for over a year, and I have used it many, many times. I LOVE ❤️ it because it is perfect for smaller batches, which I prefer, it is simple to follow the directions, and it does NOT heat up the kitchen! There was one problem during the first few uses, and I did have to send the canner back to Presto. Finding a shipping site was inconvenient in my rural location, but other than that, it was the most amazing customer service experience. Just old-fashioned, actual polite people, and very helpful. In addition, I called once about the little silicone feet on the canner rack, and Presto sent me a replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!
