Super easy to use!

I have done approximately 12 batches of boiling water bath pickles, jams and chutneys so far. I absolutely love it and feel confident that what I am doing is canning safe. I can hear the water boiling as it processes for the water bath. For me, this has become a game changer! On to salsas next!

The thought of using a regular pressure scared me to death so I had never pressure canned until I bought my Presto Precise Digital Pressure Canner in 2021. I love the laminated instruction sheet that came with it, which makes it so simple to use.

I bought this last year. It's easy to use and the directions are simple to follow. I've had a few jars fail to seal, but other than that I love it.

This canner is so simple to use! For the first time in my life I feel safe pressure canning vegetables. I’ve always canned high acid foods before, but pressure canners always scared me because I’ve heard so many horror stories about how they’ve blown up. I know theses stories are true because they’ve happened to people in my family. The Presto Precise takes out all the guess work, it steps you along and has so many safety features that it feels like I’m using an Instant pot. I love that it does smaller batches too, so I can can what’s fresh out of my own garden. Even better is the customer service! If you hit a snag or have have questions, the customer service team is there to expertly answer any questions you have with a smile. Presto stands proudly behind their product and will fix or replace any that aren’t working to specifications. They make working with them an absolute joy. I can’t express enough how life changing and amazing this canner really is!

A joy to use

I have been frightened of pressure canning since my mother had one blow up when I was a child. After reading the reviews on this canner I felt brave. It’s been a life saver. My pantry looks amazing and I’ve only begun!
Living in TX, heat is a big issue. Very minimal heat with this system!!!
Only have one regret, wish it was big enough to water bath quarts. Maybe the next one!!
Love this canner.

Makes Canning Accessible on Busy Days

I have had this for close to a year now, and I am very pleased with it. There is a slight learning curve - for example, head space needs to be more accurate to minimize siphoning - but it is well worth it. It doesn't heat up the kitchen, it permits you to move on to other activities once the canner has stopped venting, and we have found it to be as reliable as their stovetop canner. On days when I might have not canned anything because I needed to work in the garden or had virtual meetings or such, I am able to get aoad in before those things start. I find myself grabbing a lot more sale items because it's easy enough to do a canner load when I get home. Also worth noting, I have observed excellent, timely, and appropriate responses from their customer service team when folks have posted with issues in their Facebook group. I would absolutely buy this again. I initially bought it because our stove was not handling canning well (overheating and cracking the countertop). Now I dread days when I have a big enough canning batch to need the stovetop canner because that feels so labor intensive in comparison.

Canning life saver!

I bought this about a year ago (?). I LOVE it. I wanted to switch from stovetop pressure canner. Doesn't heat up kitchen & very easy to use. Also has a very nice & helpful laminated step-by-step guide. Follow that religiously everytime I pressssure can. Haven't tried the water bath option, yet. Thank you Presto!
