I've canned using stove top canners for years. I bought this canner last year to use when I couldn't can outside. It is so easy to use. If I had the room, I would buy another one.

bought this canner 2 years ago, best purchase ever. It so easy to operate and makes canning just as easy. I've canned with the old school canners with the pressure gauge and adjustment knobs, this electric one is so not intimidating at all. Quality is great and love that's American made!!!! I would recommend this one. I like being able to do up to 5 quartz size jars at one time as well.

Super easy to use

I love this canner. I have a small older glass top stove. This canner leaves my stove free for other things. I love that I don't have to babysit this canner to keep the pressure right.
