[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this snow blower one time only and it worked well that time, but after that, we were never able to get it to start again. We charged the batteries per the manual and put the batteries in it as instructed and it never started again.

Hello Me Sad. Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear that your starting is not starting. The cold temperature can affect the battery performance. Lithium-Ion batteries can be safely used from temperatures ranging from -17 degrees to 45 degrees Celsius. A battery may not properly start if its temperatures is -17˚C or lower. If your machine does not start, remove the battery from snow thrower and place the battery on the charger and allow to charge for 10 minutes to warm the battery. Remove the battery from charger and install in snow thrower for use. Also check that there is no moisture on the leads of the battery pack. It is possible you may have released the safety lock out button too quickly. While, pressing the safety switch button with one hand, use your other hand to simultaneously pull the bail leaver towards you. Once the machine powers on, release the safety switch button and proceed with operation. The snow thrower can only be started by pressing the safety switch button first, followed by squeezing the bail leaver; reverse operation will not start the machine. Here is a video showing how to start the machine (https://youtu.be/G3qTF0NcpW4?t=279). If after attempting these you are still having problems starting the snow blower please start a Live chat on (www.greenworkstools.com) or contact our helpline at 1-888-909-6757, so we may assist you further.

Not very powerful/ it doesn't throw snow very far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this machine for the first time today after I received about 3 inches of snow. It isn't very powerful. Some areas it only through the snow about 3 feet or other areas of my driveway it threw it about 8 feet. I can't imagine that this would handle much more than just a few inches of snow. The battery lasted long enough to do my driveway and sidewalks so I was pleased about that. I would compare this more to a battery operated snow shovel than a snowblower because there's just not enough power to move snow very well. When I got to the end of the driveway where the snow plow had pushed some heavier snow that was about 4 inches deep it just spit out the snow about a foot away from the machine. In all it's better than shoveling but I thought it would perform better than it did.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe
