Material is weak

Comfortable seat and features are great, but the biggest problem is the weak material used to create the seat. Rubber toilet bumpers all cracked, bracket holding the seat is already cracked and cleaning of nozzle is difficult when there's dirt or stains in the hole. Would not be buying this product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful after many years of use

We bought this three years ago. Saves toilet paper. Cleans better than anything else. This should be in every house. Once you try it, you won't regret it. Buy a cheap bidet first. If you like it? Buy a more expensive one. I have recommended three friends and close relatives to buy a bioBidet and they love it very much. It is easy to install and has not leaked. Make sure to reapply lube on the o-ring to make it last longer just in case.

Disappointing

We were thrilled to add this bidet to our house seeing as we already owned an Bio Bidet A7, and we love that one so much. After a year of owning the slim two, it completely stopped working. We’ve tried everything in the troubleshooting section of the manual, but it’s not detailed enough to actually solve anything. Unfortunately, our bidet is no longer under warranty, so we’ll just have to consider it a loss. I would not recommend this product, there’s a great selection of better quality bidets offered by this company, but this particular one is not good.

Better than the real thing

I grew up in Italy where it was normal to have a bidet next to every toilet and they were used daily. A few months ago I went to a friends place who has the Slim Two and I instantly loved it and wanted to know more about it as I found all its features and options spoke directly to its consumers, knowing exactly what they wanted. I highly recommend this. Told my parents about it yesterday and my mom told not asked me to order her one ASAP... to quiet my father up as he's been wanting to get one but would have to renovate the whole bathroom. Not anymore thanks to Biobidet. Italian stamp of approval! Thank you

I bought Slim Two a few months ago and finally had a chance to install last week. It looks cool and my wife loves it. The installation is easy and operation manual is straightforward. definitely recommend.

Best Thing I Own

My parents gifted me one after visiting a Korean hotel over a year ago and looking for a the perfect one that isn’t too expensive with no luck. I use it everytime i use the bathroom and have saved money on toilet paper and hygiene products only in a few months. The heated seat is something I never knew I needed and one of my favorite parts of this. I will say the night light can get annoying and i haven’t figured out how to shut it off yet so that’s really one and only complaint I have. I recommend this for anybody especially for women as I struggle with heavy periods and getting UTIs frequently and this has helped tremendously.

it's been 3 months now. does everything I need it to except clean the entire toilet. thought I would prefer a narrower remote but turns out since I mounted mine and rarely ever take it off the mount I prefer the square remote. waiting on the season to use warmer water and the heated seat. I will revisit in one year to give an update. see you in 2021 if covid don't get me first.
