Better than the real thing

I grew up in Italy where it was normal to have a bidet next to every toilet and they were used daily. A few months ago I went to a friends place who has the Slim Two and I instantly loved it and wanted to know more about it as I found all its features and options spoke directly to its consumers, knowing exactly what they wanted. I highly recommend this. Told my parents about it yesterday and my mom told not asked me to order her one ASAP... to quiet my father up as he's been wanting to get one but would have to renovate the whole bathroom. Not anymore thanks to Biobidet. Italian stamp of approval! Thank you

Disappointing

We were thrilled to add this bidet to our house seeing as we already owned an Bio Bidet A7, and we love that one so much. After a year of owning the slim two, it completely stopped working. We’ve tried everything in the troubleshooting section of the manual, but it’s not detailed enough to actually solve anything. Unfortunately, our bidet is no longer under warranty, so we’ll just have to consider it a loss. I would not recommend this product, there’s a great selection of better quality bidets offered by this company, but this particular one is not good.

Wonderful after many years of use

We bought this three years ago. Saves toilet paper. Cleans better than anything else. This should be in every house. Once you try it, you won't regret it. Buy a cheap bidet first. If you like it? Buy a more expensive one. I have recommended three friends and close relatives to buy a bioBidet and they love it very much. It is easy to install and has not leaked. Make sure to reapply lube on the o-ring to make it last longer just in case.

How did I ever live with a BioBidet ?

To be truthful, I did not know if I was going to like a bidet or not. I was finally able to upgrade my bathroom, so I decided that I wanted to go all out. My tiles were beautiful, I got new fixtures, and etc. Since it was my personal bathroom, I wanted a spa - like feel. A bidet was a "luxury" item, (or so I thought) that Woukd be a perfect choice. I started researching bidets because I wanted to find the very best. Soon I discovered that the nicest ones that had many features were very expensive. Because of the price tag, my Dream Bathroom was becoming unobtainable.

The more I read, the more features I wanted; I was delighted when I found the Slim Two which is made by BioBidet. The price was middle of the road, but the features were comparable to the very best models, which were very expensive.

The Slim Two has so many features. ...it even has a soft, beautiful light inside that serves as a night light! ...and the Slim Two has a remote that is very convenient and easy to use.
After using a bidet, I will never be without one ever again. A bidet should not be considered a luxury item but, a necessity. It is so nice to feel clean and refreshed after its use. If you have never used a bidet before, I would recommend the Slim Two. You will not find a better made product on the market with so many extra features, at this price point. If I could add one more feature, It would be a UV light.
Oh, I"ll share a picture with you, but my bathroom is not finished, yet. I will confess that I have been using it since it was installed. LOL! Shhhh... Don't tell the contractor.

BioBidet Slim Two vs DIB Special Editon

Just purchased and installed the Biobidet Slim Two model. My partner owns the DIB Special Edition. The hoses needed to be changed out with new to fit both toilet and water supplies.
The Slim Two differs from the DIB in that it doesn’t offer a drying function. It also doesn’t seem to keep as much water warmed as the DIB. If I run two different functions back-to-back on the DIB, the water remains warm for the duration. The Slim Two water cools on the second function run. Additionally the Slim Two functions run for less time than the DIB functions, which I don’t consider an issue because I feel like the DIB cycles are a touch too long.
Overall, for half the price, I like my purchase of the Slim Two as much as I like the DIB.

perfect

it's been 3 months now. does everything I need it to except clean the entire toilet. thought I would prefer a narrower remote but turns out since I mounted mine and rarely ever take it off the mount I prefer the square remote. waiting on the season to use warmer water and the heated seat. I will revisit in one year to give an update. see you in 2021 if covid don't get me first.

Less than a year water stops spraying

I bought my slim 2 last spring and it was great. Recently I am having problems with the unit not spraying water. The nozzle comes out but that's about it. What I have found to help fix the problem sometimes is to shut off the water supply and flip the whole unit up. There is a water pressure valve or cover that I have to open to release the pressure. I lock that valve back and everything seems to work normally for a few days and I would repeat the cycle.
I can't really recommend this unit because of that. I also have the bio bidet bb-600. That unit is much older but still working well for me.

Poor Quality | Kickstarter Sucked Me In!

I initially purchased my first Slim Two as part of Kickstarter campaign; however, it stopped working in less than two years. I really like the product (when it works), so I replaced it. Big Mistake! The second Slim Two stopped working after 1 year & 5 days. Well that is 5 days after warrantee ended. The repair cost is almost the entire cost of the product, so I will be looking for a higher quality manufacture this round!
