Almost Perfect Lego City House!

This overall is a very nice set! The building is very nice and the greenery on the side is eye candy I do believe that one thing could of been better... that would be the balcony. It looks so weird in person. I bought this for my brothers birthday and when he got done building it I thought he had made a mistake! It looks very odd and the fact it’s not a full deck looks very weird too. Besides the deck everything else is great! A very nice minifig selection too with Parker’s hair from hidden side recolored plus roller skates which are becoming harder to find these days! And ofc the best part of the set the new golden retriever piece! (My brothers got a kick out of the new “poop” piece too) Overall a nice set with one flaw!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I chose this was it works for girls and boys.
I have a 8 years old son and he loves LEGO.
It's one of the activity we like to do on the cold, rainy days.
This was a perfect toy to spend time with him.
We both enjoyed building this while we were talking.
It might be a bit hard to for very young kids but it is very fun to try to figure and see how it builds.
My son thought it is one of the great LEGO series.
It will be great as a gifts or entertain kids inside of the house.
I will definitely recommend this.

Lots of Fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Family House Lego set is awesome! The pieces are small but feel high quality and well made. The family house set was very easy to put together. My child enjoyed building this set and it kept her entertained for hours! I would definitely recommend.

Fun to build and so glad to have a Yellow lego lab named trooper. Lol. Would be 5 stars but Lego did not include the white stripes for the road plates. Same with some other sets I've ordered recently that include "road plates". Too much to put 1 or 2 of them in there as xtras, Lego?

My 5-year old grandniece GRACE lives in a modest, conventional one floor apt with her 40-something Dad & Mom---who happen to look very much like the figures. We are building GRACE's dream house and encouraging her aspirational goals of becoming keen teen with a kid brother just like the figures. :)

Cute build but disappointed overall

I agree with another review that the value on this is not great. We were expecting more - rooms are very tiny and only partially built. It definitely looks cool from the front but, from the size of the box and the cost I expected more. In general, I'm finding the value for the money on Lego City is definitely not as good as other themes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice house, bit small to get into areas.

From my kid "Thank you for my Lego house", She had difficulty when wanting to add a few items to the kitchen area. My kid expanded the kitchen rather fast and added plants to the grass area. More baseplates that are unpopulated would be nice.

Honestly, a good set. Characters, set design, loved the street hockey. Had a lot of fun with this one. The road plates aren't overshadowing which is great.
