This build was amazing. Took a lot of patience and some skill. Was thrilled with the end result and the multiple things the vehicle could do. I just wish more of these types of builds had working lights.

I was very excited when I first received it on the mail and couldn't wait to start. As I was building I found myself not wanting to stop because I was just so excited to the finished product. The detail is absolutely amazing. Keep up the amazing work.

My new favorite build

My wife & I are relatively new to Lego, the Ghostbusters Ecto-1 is our 10th build. We really enjoyed the Delorean from Back to the Future and as Land Rover enthusiasts we loved building the classic Defender. But the Ecto-1 is on another level. A fun, innovative kit that has become our favorite build. Highly recommended!

My son was 2 years old when the original Ghostbusters movie came out. As an adult, he's wanted this LEGO set for a long time. I'm thrilled I ordered it when I did because not only is it hard to find, now it's on backorder, Whew! I know he'll love it.

Really fun and satisfying build despite missing two bigger pieces early in the build. But still very satisfying by the time I finished. My only criticism is the "weathering" stickers look terrible. I might end up removing them.

Picked this up as a fan from the cartoon series and movies when 4 years old. Great build with some really interesting ideas to create the shapes needed for this come together (grill, Cadillac back end, etc). So much attention to detail and lot of movement when the car "rolls" which brings it to life. What a great pick up for any Lego enthusiast that likes a challenging build and showcases their builds. Highly recommend!

This set was perfect for me in every way.

As a set, this one was perfect for me. Its detailing makes the set. The instructions are extremely detailed as we're asked to make a number of fiddly bits but they took me through them easily and without issue. Love the look too.
My only regret was that 'rust' stickers weren't (more expensive) printed blocks. I know that would have forced the price up - but IMO would have been worth the extra few dollars.
P.S When are we getting a larger X-Wing or TIE fighter!??! I'm sure you could come up with something in the 6k-8k piece range :)
