'89 Batwing!

Ive been hoping for this since the '89 Batmobile release. So glad they chose that Joker outfit and that goon as minifigs. The set was definitely enjoyable to put together. I would have liked to see an articulated balloon snatcher in place, but other than that, very happy with this set.
P.S. - I humbly request a 5000-7000 piece Wayne Manor set.

Great display piece

I had loads of fun with this build, and the fact that I could hang it on the wall makes it even better. If you plan on mounting the model I would suggest you go to a hardware store with the piece that the screw slots into before you put it in the model, also know that the screw needs to stick out of the wall about 1/2 an inch. I used a 10 x 2 flat head screw.

I love it and had a blast building it. Would not recommend for younger builders the the process can be slightly challenging and the final product is kinda heavy. Love the movie love the build and now I’m gonna buy the batmobile.

The Batwing set is equally awesome to its Batmobile counterpart. A fun build. Great value for the money. Displays well, though the footprint is (understandably) a litte awkward. If you're not planning to hang it, make sure you measure the shelf first. My only complaint to Lego on this one...some of us have large clunky thumbs that are not suited to apply decals to a 1x1 tile. Please print them for us!

Great set to add to Batman Collection

This set is a fantastic follow up to the batmobile, and while I prefer the batmobile general aesthetic over this Batwing, the display value and building process can’t be understated. This set has a similar sleek design and very interesting building techniques that kept me entertained throughout the whole process. It is a big set, so you will need to dedicate shelf space or wall space (you’re able to hang from the wall) to this set. The minifigure selection is interesting, with Batman, joker and a goon with boom box. I love the Batman that these sets come with, and the other characters are cool and exclusives as well. This is a fun set if you want to build up a collection of UCS level sets, but don’t know where to start.

My wife surprised me with this set for our anniversary and all I can say is WOW. The attention to detail is fantastic and the option to wall mount is a great idea. There are a couple of parts that got me saying “good grief” but overall this was a fun build and a great addition to the home office.

This set goes perfectly with the Batmobile and I would definitely recommend mounting it on the wall with an LED light strip, it makes it look even better!
