This has been something I've wanted forever

It was just earlier this year that I got the 1989 Batmobile and put that together, wishing for the Batwing to come too, and can't believe how that day came so soon. It such a great Lego for the Batman fan in me.

Its a good set overall. I got this set for my birthday it's good but the box was damaged so ... yeah
The set is fun to build but it should get like a mini batwing like the Batmobile

This was my first foray back into Lego since I was a kid. Due to limited display space, I never got into the Star Wars or previous Batman sets. I always loved the 1989 Batman movie, and found the Batwing and Batmobile of this era the be the best. When I saw the announcement of the Batwing, and the wall mount capability, I figured it would be a good opportunity to build a new Lego set.
The build was enjoyable, though being a mirror image of 2 sides, at times felt a little repetitive. It was fun to see the Batwing form as I built up from the frame, and some of the tricks in helping it take shape. The final result, wall mounted and backlit with LEDs, makes a for a striking display. So much so, that my wife cleared a spot and purchased the 1989 Batmobile to complete the ensemble.
I would have rated this one a 5 stars had it not been the slight feeling of repetition, and my recent completion of the 1989 Batmobile, which was a much more exciting build. Together the pair is awesome, and if you have not done the Batmobile, I would highly recommend it, though only after finishing the Batwing.

I was a straight forward build I had a blast building this set it wasn’t challenging as the batmobile great Easter eggs and the designer and the graphic artist did an amazing job I want to see a Batman returns batboat to fit in scale with it to include exclusive cat woman and penguin

The Batwing is a very nice addition to one's Batman collection. I absolute love it and enjoyed putting it together. It also looks amazing mounted on the wall.

Bought this one to go with the Batmobile which is fantastic. I love to build the large sets, mainly Starwars. It's gotten to the point that I almost won't but a set unless it has at least 1,000 pieces. This model is pretty nice but not overly detailed as they said their primary objective was to maintain the "Bat symbol" silouette which it does nicely. It looks great mounted on the wall above the batmobile. As much as I loved the batwing in the movie, for the price I don't think I would have bought this if I hadn't already gotten the Batmobile which I think may be one of the best sets Lego has ever released.
