Disappointed

This is the first set I have ever had a missing piece. For the amount of money I spent on this I would not expect to have anything missing. I am so upset. 5 hours to build and on the last piece it’s gone. I am a grown woman and live alone. I know it did not fall on the floor. I am upset that now I have to buy a piece and wait weeks for it to get here
Strange they put two of the large round grey pieces in. So I have an extra of that and a missing piece of the Ukulele Just very very disappointed

Oh no! Missing pieces are rare so it's very disappointing when they happen. You shouldn't need to buy a replacement piece to complete your build. Please visit: LEGO.build/BricksPieces-BV and enter set number 43179 to request a free replacement piece.

Epic addition to any collection!

I love lego. Most of my check money goes to lego after bills. Anyway, initially went in for the new Nintendo game system set but they were already sold out. That's ok, because I ended up with this beautiful set! It's fun to build and especially love the flexibility in the characters so they can almost sway to the "music". Definitely an 18+ set the instruction manual is in a little different format that kids would find hard to follow. But if you're an expert lego builder it is easy enough to figure out. I say hats off to lego and this classic couple coming to life through lego bricks :)

Flimsiest Build Ever

We are a massive fan of Legos. We have so many sets we’ve had to buy cabinets and cabinets to display them. Our youngest daughter is a massive builder of Legos. She received this set from Santa this Christmas and was so excited because were also fans of Disney. It looks amazing when it’s built, but it is the flimsiest Lego set I’ve seen in my lifetime. You literally cannot touch it once it’s put together. She was so disappointed when we tried to move it to the cabinet and the entire Minnie essentially collapsed. It took so many times for us rebuilding to try to move it into the cabinet. It was extremely disappointing and I’m very sad about the quality of this site once it’s put together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth the money

I'm really disappointed in this set. I found the models to be flimsy and wobbly, and the design to be pretty uninspiring. Really bummed that I spent so much money on this.

Sorry to hear you’re having some difficulty keeping the set together. We always test and retest our toys to make sure that they’ll hold up when they’re built exactly as shown in the instructions.
If your models ever seem like they're not very sturdy, the best thing to do is double-check your build. Sometimes there may be a piece just a little off from where it should be. You’ll also want to make sure that all the pieces are pressed tightly together.
If you'd like a hand troubleshooting the build, or if you find that any pieces aren't holding together as they should, feel free to give us a shout at LEGO.build/Service-BV.

I get that this is supposed to be a cute set with the power mouse couple, but I only wanted it for Minnie. So, alas, Mickey has gone all to pieces.

This is a cute one and I absolutely love how cute Minnie is! My mom actually wanted me to build this so she bought this for me. However, this was a not so 'bricktastic' build for both Mickey and Minnie have parts on them that constantly fall off when building them, and there are ALOT of missing bricks! I had to contact Lego Support 3 day after, when I was on the last bag because almost all of my bricks were missing! The lady I spoke to said that there are supposed to be 2 big 9 bags with 2 smaller bags. I said "Well, I think that's the problem. I only got 1 big bag in the box". Thankfully, she was nice enough to put in the order for those missing bricks from the bag for me. This has never happened before. I am very upset with this set

Cute set but feels flimsy and looks cheap

This is a cute vintage Mickey and Minnie set, however, the large plastic pieces--as opposed to the typical small lego size--make the set feel and look cheap. We didn't enjoy putting this set together because the large plastic pieces make the Mickey and Minnie figures feel flimsy and wobbly/unstable. It would have been better if this set were comprised of the usual small-sized legos such as the large Yoda and R2D2 sets.

LOVE this Disney lego set, got so excited that I built it in a matter of a few hours, the Mickey Mouse is not as stable like the Minnie Mouse. But so worth it and still love it!
