Great set!

This is one of my favorite modular buildings. New techniques with a cute story line. The long wait for a police station should not disappoint. New parts and colors I see Lego and the designer did a wonderful job on this one. The price is inline with the value, however, a few more minifigs would be desired. Overall it’s a fun build. I always like to build a bag a day and play with other Moc projects between bags which explains the 15 day build time

Best Creator Modular Yet!!!!

If you’re a fan of the LEGO Creator Modular buildings, you must add this piece to your collection. The build is easy. The articulate building is immaculate. The color scheme goes so eloquent with the rest of LEGO Creator Modular buildings. The cost is impressive to the price of pieces that come with the set. Plus, this is a great investment. Don’t miss out before it is sold out!!!

Although not a return to the original modulars, this set does offer a cool building design, alternate step design, and some interesting SNOT architecture, including a few new pieces. I would prefer an entire building not the mini facades which are part of this set, but the donut shop and lockup/evidence room mini buildings are functional. The main building is great, nice interior, the overall height of the walls is somewhat higher than standard modulars and the cut-off interior walls make access easier. All-in-all a big improvement over the last few modulars.

It’s definitely a set I have been wanting and am happy to have. I really like it and admire the detail. The only thing that would have been better would be if it came with a police car. But overall a great addition to the modulars.

Amazing Detail

As an owner of 11 other modulars, I am in love with this one. I love how the colors (particularly the purple) stand out but somehow still seem to blend with the rest of my street. I have mine sitting next to Town Hall, Book Shop, and Brick Bank and it just flows perfectly. I'm also a huge fan of the addition of more organic elements in this one - the vines on the wall and the wonderful bushes really pop on the model.
If I had any gripe with it is that it's very tall...much taller than I expected at least. It only fits on my highest shelf.

First Creator Modular Set, Very Impressed

This was the first creator modular set I decided to buy, and I have to say that I'm very impressed with the build and the techniques used. Although it may just appear as a building, I appreciate the underlying stories that this set has, and as I have discovered, others also have, such as the Brick Bank. It's inspired me to begin building my own Lego city and I can't wait for more modulars to be released.
