What a great set

I got this set for myself and was surprised of how big it was.Its a great set and the building experience is great I would definitely recommend!

City Complete!

Was so excited to finally see the thrid city set coming and bought it as soon as i could. I agree with some reviews that the buildings do not seem to stack as securely as the previous 2 sets and I do wish the elevated walkways were a little more connected, also wish they had kept with the trans orange lanterns. I also feel like missing was some interactive elements that the previous sets had, like the working atm or elevator, this set only seemed to have the pull down ladder. That aside this build had some really cool elements and unique pieces. I absolutely love the suspended skeleton in the museum.
I think this would have been a great opportunity to have done something similar to the Diagon Alley set with including the special secret final "bag". Something I have been looking for in every set Ive done since then. Hopefully Lego will include this more often.
Also i think the minifig sign above the noodle shop is just perfect!

Excellent build even better for Ninjago fans

Pros- The overall build was amazing and I never felt myself feeling bored like most large sets I have built. It felt really exciting building the small details from the show such as the mini destiny bounty, chen's noodle shop, ronins shop(fang cup), and much more. I felt that even if I wasn't a Ninjago fan I would still have a blast completing this set.
Cons- Even though the minifigure selection is amazing with over 20 included in the set, it would've been awesome to some more significant characters to the show. This is a legacy set celebrating 10 years of ninjago and it would be nice if there was maybe another villain and there counterparts. It would be nice to receive some of the neutral characters that are in the show such as Gayle Gossip, Derrith(Brown Ninja), or Jays parents as we see them throughout the early to mid seasons.
Conclusion- Overall this set is amazing and my favorite part is that it not only is a really good display piece with of how colorful and appealing it is at all angles, but it also has good play features that appeal to even the older fans such as the arcade machine which is really nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This set offers a lot between build experience and especially value. It is monumentally large and is a great conversation piece! I highly recommend it and would love to see more of these modular Ninjago sets.
