Great scent but quality problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Duke Cannon's big bourbon beard balm is my favorite beard balm scent, but the product shows up melted and resolidified or rancid, or both, as often as it shows up in a high quality state. My most recent purchase had a good scent but poor consistency. I don't have these problems when ordering from other companies. This great product need equally great quality control.

Some hold, lots of smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a bad product but the scent was a bit strong for my taste. It has a light hold, good for combing through but not for shaping (my preference), it’ll keep those whiskers in check.

Love this beard balm. The women love the smell. I have a huge beard and it requires 3 times the normal dose but it's worth it.BUT, what I found was it gets even softer if after applying it you hit it with a hot hair dryer and comb it in further. The beard wash is just as great.

I use this everyday. It works great and women love the smell. I get compliments all the time. Also useful for your vehicle in the summer when left in center console and melts into a glorious Jeep air-freshner (don't ask how I know LOL)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve actually been using Duke Cannon products for several years and I love the results. I have a longer beard and I’m a mechanic. I get lots of solvents, oils, dirt, and other things that cause dry skin and damaged hair. These products are what make my hair, skin, and beard look and feel normal. I also like most of the scents offered. The name fits the scent and I don’t have to feel like a sissy at the department store sorting through all the “fancy” colognes to figure out what they smell like since none are appropriately named. I never even bought colognes until I found the Duke Cannon solid colognes. I just used aftershave when I was in the Navy and had to shave. I currently use the shampoo puck, the brick of soap (bourbon), the solid cologne, and the bourbon beard balm. I prefer all of them to anything I used before. Oh and it all lasts a lot longer too. The beard balm will last me a few months and the cologne is over a year old and about half used. Well I guess that’s it. Great products with a sense of humor that every man should at least try.

I bought this for my boyfriend because he likes Buffalo Trace Whiskey, but its ended up being something I will continue to buy again and again. He likes the texture, and I love the smell. It makes me want to pounce on him. 10/10 would recommend.
