I was really surprised at how light weight these pans are. At first I thought they wouldn't heat evenly because of being so light weight, but they do heat evenly. Pancakes cook evenly in the frying pan. I love the color, and I like the lids. Two instructions that are not in the description, it is suggested that to keep the non-stick quality of the ceramic, that you not use high heat (only about level 5). So you can't use them for frying or other high heat uses. And although it says you can use metal utensils, non-metal ones are required to keep the ceramic from scratching. It says it is dish-washer safe, but hand washing is recommended.

Just for reference I haven’t had a long time to review these pans since I’ve only had them a couple weeks, so what I can say is that they seem durable, have weight to them and dont feel cheap. Heat evenly and clean easy. I would recommend

Bought these mainly because they are healthier for my family but they are seriously amazing and worth every penny. Went from not enjoying cooking to looking forward to perfectly crispy turkey burgers and fish that finally doesn’t stick to the pan! Also collard greens cooked tender in 30 minutes versus an hour. Just great.

I just LOVE these Green Pans. I have a set and for Christmas all my grown children will have a set too. They really do not stick, making cooking easier. They heat evenly and cook quickly with only a medium heat needed. Cleanup - what cleanup. Buy these pans!
