So I purchased these back in February. Id figure i'd give it a couple of months and I'm glad I did. The 1st month they were amazing NOTHING stuck to them at all. I could wipe them clean without hand washing. They heat up super quick (gas stove) I only cook on medium heat now. After a couple of washes (I don't own a dishwasher, shocker i know) they seem to be less non-stick. Everything gets stuck (bacon use to slide right off) and now I have to work a little more to get them clean. Also seems to be wearing on the top layer (coating coming off) I only use wood and plastic spoons. They seem to still scratch the pans. Overall they were OK. They do the job but I would not purchase again. I will stick to CUISINART they lasted 5years.

Best Non-Stick Pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the GreenPan - Ceramic NonStick 16 piece Pan Set for a little over a month now, and have been using them daily! So far they have held up great to the everyday wear and tear.
Just as promised, they are truly non-stick! The best non-stick pans I have ever owned! I have been mindful to follow directions and care guide by cooking on Medium heat and using butter or oil while cooking. Eggs and cheese slide right off, and it's non-stick properties make cleaning super easy! No scrubbing needed at all!

There are however, just one or two cons. The fact that these pans are not to be used above Medium heat, leaves me with little use for the large 5qt Casserole pot. It's good for things like simmering Chili. But when it comes to boiling water, like for cooking pasta, it was practically impossible to get water to a rolling boil, when the Pans are not meant to be used above Medium heat. After a long wait for my water to boil the 1st time, I actually timed how long it took for tap water at room temp to boil. Having waited over 20 minutes on Medium heat, I only achieved light bubbles, still no rolling boil.
The other issue I had with this 16 piece set, was with the Bamboo Utensil accessories. When new, I washed the set prior to 1st use, and when it came to washing them with my sponge, they were not smooth. In fact they had splinters which snagged my sponge, leaving it ripped up with traces of sharp wood embedded into it, and pieces of sponge stuck to the utensils themselves. This issue happened with 3 out of 4 of the utensils.
The other issue I had with this 16 piece set, was with the Bamboo Utensil accessories. Overall I give these pans a 4 out of 5 stars, since the large pot on Medium heat doesn't produce a rolling boil of water; and the utensils aren't of the best quality. But I am highly satisfied with the pans' quality and aesthetic, as well as the non-stick feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Piece of Garbage.

These pans worked amazing for about 7 days. They went from "non-stick" to "non-slip" in no time at all. They became impossible to clean and impossible to cook with even when using larger quantities of oil to make up for the now sticky surface. NO amount of scrubbing, soaking, or anything in between could remove these stains.
When asked for a refund, we were (rudely) told that the warranty was void because we misused the pans. Apparently we cooked things on too high of a temperature. I didn't realize they were watching us when we cooked! Funny thing is, we followed the instructions in regards to not maxing out the temp because the instructions were specific about that.
Other, less infuriating issues were the lack of compatibility from lid to lid. Why make the large pot and the steaming pan different size lids by like a 1/4 of an inch? So they can sell it as a 16 piece set! The handles became loose after a few uses too. Surely that wasnt a result of cooking things on too high, was it? We never went near these things with metal, and yet, using the bamboo utensils provided, there were knicks in it after only a few uses.
Don't waste your money on these pans. The lowest quality pans you can get, and if they aren't satisfactory, then guess what? You have to live with it because they don't care! From now until forever, I will actively spread the word to friends and family to avoid this piece of garbage product at all costs.

The pans are not non-stick

I bought this set less than a year ago and all the pans have become non -stick to the point where I have to throw them put. I would not recommend.

What a lie!! These are NOT for gas stoves!

We bought this entire set and since day one on a gas stove.the handle connectors smelled like melted plastic. And they are indeed melting. Every time we use them they get worse. What a waste of money. Why are they rated for gas stoves?!?

I bought this a month ago, I am disappointed when I fry my eggrolls I cant use olive oil (didnt know that til recently) and the oil splatters a lot. When I cook eggs and use very little oil it also sticks. Just expected a lot. My cuisinart did better.
