Worked for a few weeks

I bought this for my baby and she loved it, until it stopped working. The product continues to shut off after a short period of time. Her and my sleep are interrupted every. Single. Night. I have tried trouble shooting to no avail. Such a disappointment. I simply do not have time or energy for this product right now!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too much money

My newborn baby does not sleep well in this. The mattress is so thin that it’s uncomfortable. Also the buttons have to be tapped multiple times to work so mostly have to use the app to control. When the bassinet is in motion is makes a noise as well. Definitely recommended buying a basic bassinet over this.

Terrible

I bought this two weeks ago and just put it together tonight and it won’t even stay on but a second then screen blinks and cuts off I’m so unhappy with the bassinet we were trying to get stuff step up for my son on the way now we have to wait even longer due to this malfunction

Terrible product, great customer service.

My aunt bought this bassinet for me at my baby shower. We used it for a month and it died. It just stopped moving. It would lock up and then the lights would just flash. The customer service was great and sent a new one without any problem. However, it took almost a week to come in. They certainly don't over night it to you. Which really when it's your babies bed it's urgent. So I spent over a week sleeping on my couch with my baby in her swing. Which isn't the safe way to sleep I know but it was better than her not sleeping. By the time the replacement showed up we were all so exhausted we couldn't see straight. The replacement lasted another month and started doing the same thing. My baby is 15 lbs. So she is not over the weight limit and yet the bassinet started not working. Thank God this time she has adjusted to sleeping in her pack n play. However I would 100% just rent the snoo if I ever had to do it again. The workers are great but the products are built cheaply and break constantly. At this point i am not even attempting to get another replacement its not worth it. I also have the swing and that thing is a junk too. Save some money and buy the cheaper products that last.

App doesn’t work

My baby is now 3 months old and we have issues with the app connecting to the bassinet every day. Want to turn the bassinet on and use the timer function at 3am because baby is stirring… nope! No can do, because the app won’t connect.

Does not work!

We bought this for our newborn and right out of the gate it was temperamental. 9/10 it does not move for us! Majority of the time we just use it for the sounds.

Worst Bassinet ever

Please do not buy this bassinet. It is very poorly manufactured. Over time it squeaks, clicks, or whistles with the slightest amount of weight on it during any motion setting at even the lowest speeds. Your baby will get addicted to the motion and it is hard to wean from it. This product has been so disruptive to our sleep, I am literally ready to chuck it out of the window.
