Defective bassinet - regret this purchase

This bassinet only worked for about a week with our newborn. After that the motions would change or stop randomly, which would startle her, and the sounds stopped working. The customer service email takes several days to get help. The bassinet is clearly defective and I regret this purchase. It’s just an expensive bed with a thin round mattress at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t work

Stops working. Bluetooth always gets disconnected. Wakes my baby up all the time.

Has potential

Very disappointed! First couple of weeks it worked great, now I’m having so many problems with it. It’ll turn off and lights will blink like there an obstruction but nothing. It’s now making a loud noise on certain setttings that’ll wake the baby up. It’s got potential if they work out the kinks. Disappointed I spent so much for a few weeks worth of usage

Could be great…

We loved this bassinet at first, and it definitely helps with my 2 month olds sleeping, but only when it’s actually working! Majority of the time, it shuts off after 30 seconds or so of motion. (No matter which motion, or speed)
It doesn’t shut off if I just use vibrate with no motion, however the vibration makes a loud grinding/grating sound that wakes up baby and us!
So frustrating!! My son is barely 2 months old, so we should have plenty of use left, however now we will have to buy a different bassinet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
