Bassinet is great, app sucks

Love the bassinet but the app is horrible. It never properly connects to the bassinet. I have to get up, turn it off my hand and then it will connect, when we first got the bassinet and app it connected right away. Now it doesn't and it sucks when u want to try and change the setting in the middle of the night. Only giving 2 stars cause we love the actual bassinet, but the app needs work.

Beware of issues!

My son loves the movement. We love the look of the bassinet. Unfortunately, I am on my 2nd replacement. First issue was knocking/clicking noises and now it is misfiring the movement. It scared my son. Luckily we have the warranty but this is unfortunate. First issue happened right out of the box, now he’s 2 weeks and it’s another issue. Poor material.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works for a few months only

I really wanted to love this bassinet. Purchased it around February 2022 when I had my first baby for around 4months. Then stored it for my next baby. She was born September 2023, used it around 3months. stored the bassinet one last time until October 2025 and here is where the problem started the bassinet no longer turned on. So I went along my day and the next morning my toddler was able to power it on.
I was excited to use it for my last baby but it keeps turning of after only a min.
Overall the bassinet was used less than a year and it no longer works. Same thing happened with my mamaroo. I would think this brand would meet my standards since it is on the higher prices. I guess this brand is only good for one time use. Not good if you’re planning to use for more than one baby.

Could be improved

Pros: Bluetooth controllable, lots of motion options, removable legs.
Cons: makes loud thudding noises & squeaks & we haven't even used it for 4 months. We've done everything to fix it. Timer only lasts for 4 hours & wakes my baby up in the middle of the night bc it has shut off. Need to extend time limit. Poor sound quality on the lullaby & noises options. Needs more options for cushion or "mattress" covers.

Don't buy

Do not buy has been a problem since day one. Extremely noisy now it shakes horrendously. After its done shaking it just shuts off at random times. Awful product complete junk

Squeaks

I like it and still use it but one month in it developed a consistent squeak. Which isn’t helpful when your baby wakes up to the loud squeaking sound, wakes me up as well.

Our 2 month old is now sleeping through the night with this! We love it. However, we aren’t necessarily sleeping through the night because it turns off every 4 hours. Then you need to restart it. WHY. Who designed that feature? Clearly not a tired parent.
