I love the movement. I love the look. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they advertise it is as white and it’s more of an off white/light grayish. It’s fine, but I was expecting white. That’s all:)

The first issue we had with the bassinet is the squeaking. We fixed that by starting the movement via the app a few minutes prior to use. A bit annoying to have to do, but workable. Though the clunking noise it makes now is unbearable. It is so loud that it wakes the baby and keeps the parents up. I can not seem to figure out how to make it stop.
I reached out to the 4Mom's Customer Service and I haven't heard back. It is very disappointing that they wouldn't even address the issue. Its a lot of money to spend on a bassinet that we can not use with movement.

On our 2nd baby with this bassinet

Weve had this baddinet for 3 yeard now and it has served us well with 2 babies who really were soothed by the motion and white noise functions! The 4 hour timer however was super frustrating as our babies started sleeping for longer stretches. The stopping/starting of the motion was very disruptive for their sleep! I really wish 4moms would fix this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The 4-hour shutoff feature is standard across our mamaRoo products. In the mamaRoo sleep bassinet, it is a feature that helps to begin the transition from bassinet to crib. Most newborns will fall asleep within a 4-hour timeframe and will not feel the motion stop. You can easily turn the motion back on via the 4moms app or on the unit itself.

When it works it’s great

I love this bassinet….when it actually works. The motion, which is the most important aspect of this product goes in and out. Trying to justify the cost of this bassinet by reselling it when your baby outgrows it is a huge gamble, because there is no telling if the motion will work or not.i purchased this bassinet since my baby loved the swing so much, but I never know if it’s actually going to work properly. It just starts flashing band only the sound functions work.

Worked great while it lasted

Loved it while it lasted but stopped when my little one was around 2 months (If that- he was around 10/11 pounds when it stopped working) it still rocked but would aggressively shake his head at each time it rocked and went back and forth. We had to just stop using it and he slept horrible for awhile. Crazy how much it is and it didn’t even last. But while it lasted it was amazing. Baby slept very good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved it, but wish it was bigger

We absolutely loved this bassinet, don’t get me wrong. It was amazing, and the movement helped us with crib training… while he was small enough for it. This bassinet is unfortunately designed only for average size babies. Ours outgrew it around 4 1/2 months, so we had to move him to the crib/nursery a month and a half before normal timing. Our guy is just so long, and I wish they either had a second bassinet that’s an extra long option, or this bassinet was extra long for babies who are big like our guy.
