Wanted to love this product however it continually shuts off and the sudden stop in movement would wake my baby.even with following the troubleshoot over and over it still shuts off. Save yourself the headache and just get a traditional bassinet. Don’t waste your money.

Glitchy and gimmicky

This is an imperfect product that has many glitches to still work out. Most importantly being that the movement feature will often get "confused" after its 4 hour time block and won't turn back on. Even after unplugging the outlet, the movement feature still won't work. A light blinks and it can't be turned on. Our bassinet has also made lots of noises that are difficult to fix because the control panel is not accessible without tools. Sometimes its a squeaky noise and other times it's a thump of some sort. Lastly, I wouldn't recommend this to any of my friends as a bassinet because of its practical use. Anytime my newborn cries at night, I have to get up and walk the 2 feet over to the bassinet because it cannot easily be put next to our bed. It's too tall and bulky. For all my future friends that get pregnant, I will recommend a bassinet that comes up to the bed and simply has a vibrate feature.

Makes noise squeaks!

This was so expensive. The moment we put in together and placed our newborn it squeaks !! For the price I would pass and not purchase. Really dissatisfied and I don’t even turn it on . He just sleeps in it .

High tech products made cheaply

I wanted to love this bassinet because it’s provided me an effective way to get my colicky baby to sleep at night. But I have a few complaints.
#1 the noise: after one month of minimal use (20-30 minutes nightly) it became incredibly loud. It makes popping noises and sounds like an over worked motor. My daughter is only 13 pounds and 2 months old. I’m also certain it’s going to stop working before my daughter reaches the max weight/age limit for it.
#2 even when it’s shut off but plugged in it makes an obnoxious humming noise.
#3 the item description leads you to believe that this bassinet follows the APA safe sleep guidelines, but they fail to tell you that it only meets those guidelines when it’s NOT in motion. This is not made clear in the description at all. I imagine this device is being widely misused because of this. I learned it wasn’t unsafe for sleep in motion the first week I had used it and quickly had to change how we used it. We now use motion for supervised sleep as our baby falls asleep at bedtime, then it is shut off for the rest of the night.
Only positive thing I’ve experienced with this bassinet is the app and even then about 40% of the time I have to reconnect the bassinet manually to use the app and it’s annoying.
Overall, I wish I would have better invested my money elsewhere. I won’t be able to resell the device in the condition it is in. Truthfully even if I could resell it, I wouldn’t because I am a firm believer in a safe sleep environment.

Great for newborns!

This was a great purchase for our newborn baby girl. We used it up until she was 5 months old. We LOVE the sound function. We have a small space, so we needed something compact. This was such a blessing for us as new parents, and a much more affordable option than the Snoo. Thanks, 4moms!
