DOES NOT WORK!

We received this as a baby shower gift. We were so excited to use this for our second child as we have loved the Mamaroo for our first child and thought that this would be amazing for her during nap and sleep time. However, the only function that DOES WORK IS THE MUSIC. Other than that, the moving function does not work at all. We just opened it and we have yet to figure out how to get it to work without it shutting off on the app and on the bassinet screen whenever we try to use that function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worse purchase ever

Honestly this is the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Not only is this thing very expensive, it’s totally useless. To start, it’s not well made. After a couple of days, you can hear what sounds like sand running through all the gears inside, and frequently squeaks. The motion only lasts for four hours at a time so if there is a miracle chance that your newborn or infant will let the parents get a little extra sleep, this bassinet ensures that won’t happen. The buttons on the front are very bright and stay on for several minutes shining right in the babies face. If you try to start the bassinet while the baby is just put down (to ensure you get the maximum benefit of the 4 hour window), the bassinet jerks on first start up waking the baby up. There is apparently a weight based sensor built in so half the times you put the baby in the bassinet it stops, requiring you to restart and thus waking the baby up. This was the biggest waste of money. I wish I could meet the person who designed this thing and let them spend a full night with an actual baby.

4 moms is a waste of money

held up for 3 months on very light use and then clicked and won’t turn on now if the baby so much as sneezes it turns off

Grinds and squeaks

I have gone through 1 originally bought bassinet and 2-3 warranty replacements for the squeaking and grinding after normal use after just a few weeks. I would NOT recommend this bassinet. My daughter loves it however I am switching to a different brand.

Best Registry Gift Hands Down

Unbelievable! My favorite gift from our registry still & ours is 6 months now. My baby liked the motion but after month 3 it helped us the most - she naps longer with motion then without, helps her connect her sleep cycles & helped her ween from motion. She is almost outgrown it now, sadly, but she goes to sleep without motion. I never had to sleep train! I tell everyone - this is, hands down, the BEST registry gift we received! Much more reasonable cost than it's expensive competitor & steps above its lower cost competitor. When I built my registry I spent a lot of time finding, what I felt was, the best product with the best pricing & this is just right! Worth every penny!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We got this for our NICU graduate and it has been absolutely amazing! From the movements to gentle sounds, it puts our baby to sleep without any fuss. I love that I can control it from my phone. The added features of the basket underneath helped keep diapers, wipes and extra clothes organized and readily available. It is the perfect addition to our home!

Absolutely doesn’t work. Will turn off within a few minutes & flash error. Don’t waste your money on a bassinet that doesn’t work.

This has been a life saver for our daughter. She is currently 3 months old at the time of this post and I'm not kidding when I say she sleeps through the night 2 nights a week and wakes for less than 10min the other 5 nights a week. She enjoys it and never cries when we put her down. I wish I had one for my first child!
