I just now started using the mamaroo bassinet for my daughter and it smells like it burning and shakes super bad on every setting. I tried unplugging and even changing the settings to lower and it shook worse to where she almost rolled. I honestly think these are not safe for newborns and do not recommend. I’ve reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this less then a month ago and as soon as we put it together it was crooked and now it makes a awful squeaking noise. Unbearable

My daughter absolutely loves this, she sleeps really well in it! BUT for the money your paying I expected way more outta this. It speaks after just a couple of months and has to be readjusted very often. The app lags so bad and sometimes the touch screen does work. The price needs to come down or fix the bugs
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super necessary

Hate to admit it but the first few weeks were so hard. At my lowest, I found this bassinet and ordered it. It felt like forever to come because time was so messed up for me but when it did, it was like a new day. My SO put it together fast and we turned it on just to be safe based on some of the reviews we read. But it worked great. Put James (our son) in it and he just loved it. It was so crazy! He naps in it. And sleep longer at night (tho not as long as i would like - but it is still WAYYYYY better than before). This bassinet has changed our lives. TY!!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We loved the motions and the sounds! I felt very comfortable letting my baby sleep in this. He slept wonderfully in it! A little heavy and creaked every once in a while.
