Majorly regret buying this

Complete piece of junk. Never works properly and the app crashes more times than not. The bassinet turns off randomly, why even use the timer? It starts going really fast all of a sudden after it’s been on for a bit even if it was set at a speed of 1 or 2 and is completely unreliable. When it randomly turns off, it wakes our baby up. If we try to start it again that also wakes him up because it is so loud and jerks him around so much. We get worse sleep using this product and I hate the fact that we even bought it because it is the absolute worst. The mechanical problems make us feel like it’s not very safe for our baby either. I think they have a TON of work to do if they want to make this a decent product. 10/10 would never buy again.

Loveee!! Baby sleeps great!

I absolutely love this bassinet and the fact you can program it with your phone! Our girl sleeps amazing in it! Only thing I wish is you could set a timer longer than 4 hours. Since she’s sleeping longer stretches I set an alarm just to keep it moving. I know it’s to help transition but that’s what the timer is for to help set limits. It would be the best if you could set longer than 4 hrs.

I wish they had this when my daughter was born!

I didn’t have a dedicated bassinet with my first born. I knew this time around I wanted one. The baby’s room is right beside my daughter’s, and she needs to sleep. We have the mama roo chair too. I did a lot of research before choosing this bassinet. At first, it didn’t seem like he liked it, but after a short adjustment he loves it. I love having him right beside me, and I LOVE the app. That’s how I set the timer. I don’t typically write reviews, but this is worth reviewing. I would recommend to any newborn parent.

The bassinet works but it is a bit noisy. You have to use the app to set timers. The app NEVER works.

Great but with one glaring design flaw

My baby is 3 weeks old now and has been sleeping quite well in the bassinet. It definitely gets us an hour or two extra sleep at night, which if you have a newborn you know that’s huge! I like that it keeps him soothed with the motion but still is considered ‘safe sleep’. That being said, the makers of this bassinet maybe have never actually tried to sleep with an infant. One of the biggest things when it comes to getting them to sleep is making sure the room they’re in is pitch black dark. This is very hard to achieve with a lighted instrument panel blazing into their face. There is no way to turn off the lights on the panel! They dim a little bit but it’s still extremely bright and literally shines right into the baby’s eyeballs. I fixed this problem by taping a bit of cardboard over it to make a ‘flap’ of sorts but seriously you guys, you need to come up with a way to turn off the lights on the panel while it’s in motion!
