I’d say my baby loves this bassinet! It’s my first baby so I don’t have anything else to compare it to, but I feel like he enjoys being swayed and the sounds help calm him. He’s 8weeks now and has slept very good in it.
I take away a star because I would prefer if it had wheels just to move it around easier from room to room. And I would also like for it to have a feature where one side comes down so I could touch my baby while I’m in bed next to him.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't work

Extremely disappointed in the product and service. Purchased the bassinet, put it together and when I press the "movements" buttons, it makes a clicking noise and shuts itself off. Their one troubleshooting suggestion is to unplug it and plug it back in which did not fix anything.
I have contacted the company 3 times and have not received any reply. They are not answering their phone lines, so everything has to be done through email.
This product was extremely expensive. It should work and there should be decent support available if it doesn't. Still waiting to hear back as the store that I bought it from says that I need to contact 4moms for service and/or a refund.

Great except one MAJOR design flaw

We bought this to help our newborn who loves to be held asleep. Our first child had a pretty basic bassinet and did great but #2 seems to be a little more sensitive to movement. He loves his mamaroo and the bassinet is fantastic EXCEPT it has the 4 hour turn off feature that you can’t disable. The Snoo Does not do this and we chose this one obviously bc it is cheaper but the biggest perk of these smart/moving bassinets is that they are supposed to help with sleep. I read reviews that this is a big complaint but was hopeful he wouldn’t notice as 4moms says. Not factual- he wakes up very shortly after it turns off interrupting his sleep patterns and resulting in frustration from parents and baby. PLEASE change this 4moms- we should be able to create the timers and not have to set alarm clocks to anticipate your standard feature.
Otherwise we love it.. just stinks that the major feature/function leaves a lot to be desired.

We apologize for the disruption this has caused you and your little one. The automatic shutoff was designed to help begin the transition to crib. Some babies will not notice the motions stopping, but we are so sorry that this hasn’t been the case with your little one. We appreciate your feedback and hearing more about your experience. Restful Sleep

My husband and I had a hard time choosing a bassinet as first time parents. We were walking through a store and this bassinet immediately stuck out to us! We ended up purchasing online a few days later. We’ve now had the bassinet for almost 2 months and our little one loves it! We also receive a restful nights sleep as parents knowing our baby is safely sleeping.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect sleeper!!

I bought this bassinet a little over two months ago and love that my now 2 month old has been sleeping through the night for about three weeks now. She loves the motion while sleeping and helps to keep her asleep. I love that there are a lot of different motions to pick from and speeds depending on her mood.

Where to begin.. My first was a difficult sleeper for the first year of life. We purchased another 4moms product that really helped during the day, but left us without a sleep safe night alternative. When I saw this during my second pregnancy I IMMEDIATELY knew I had to have it. Our newest addition had some trouble sleeping while in the hospital, like A LOT of trouble. This made me more excited to get home and try our mamaroo bassinet, and let me tell ya its been a blessing ever since coming home. Our newborn went from waking every 30 minutes at night in the hospital to instantly sleeping 4+ hour stretches at night. By the time she was a week old, she was only waking once at night! I don't know how I would be sane right now if I didn't have this for my baby girl. As a new parent if you would like to get some well needed and deserved sleep, do yourself the favor and invest in this!!

Great for preemies

I have been buying 4moms ever since I found out the mamaroo at the nicu in 2014 when I had my son. He used to love it so we had to purchase it for him. Ever since we have been loyal to 4moms products. 6 yrs later I had another 2 boys and they all have loved the mamaroo I can say I had purchase the oldest to the newest versions of mamaroo’s, rockaroo and bounceroo even though is discontinued. we got the high chair, both of
