Great bassinet but movement battery doesn't last

This bassinet was awesome and had my baby sleeping all night! Now you start the movement on it and it stops instantly after 1 minutes. Got the bassinet as a gift for our baby shower. But we're very sad it's not working anymore.

DO NOT BUY

Terrible investment, should have gotten the snoo instead. Product from day one has made a high pitched squeaking noise that won’t go away. I imagine it’s not good for a newborns ears. The motion stops suddenly and is unpredictable when it will stop which has caused my baby to wake up numerous times in one night. Overall this product has made me extremely frustrated with a pointless motion feature. I feel scammed and wish I read all the bad reviews. Would have saved me a headache.

Fabulous Gadget!

This was a baby shower gift and it has been a wonderful asset. My baby loves it and enjoys all swing patterns. I wish more tech was included to it like cry detection to activate motion, sleep sensors, and wifi. Despite of that, I LOVE OT AND MY BABY DOES SO WELL IN IT.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great at First, But Didn’t Last

I purchased this bassinet a few months ago for my newborn and was initially so excited to try it out—especially because it gently rocks your baby to sleep. At first, it worked wonderfully and felt like a great investment. Unfortunately, after just a month of use, it started making loud noises and no longer rocks as smoothly. While it was amazing in the beginning, its performance declined quickly. I had hoped to use it again for future babies, but sadly, that won’t be possible due to the wear and tear.

Has amazing motions but they brake do research

When it works it works amazing but I bought a bassinet and swing at the same time. Swing quit couldn't get them to warranty it out or even parts. Wasted another 300 to get a swing now bassinet quit hope they make this one right.

Makes horrible noise when it moves

I received this product as a gift and was very exciting. It was great- for about 6 weeks. Then all motion stopped working. It would start, then a clicking noise, and then shut off on its own. After some research, this is common with many products from this brand. It's very disappointing, especially with the high price point.

Unreliable, too bright and loud

Bluetooth app connects once in a blue moon. Otherwise have to be troubleshoot everytime, which just isn't possible when baby is screaming. Touch panel is way too bright, no way to turn off light or dim. Whole thing too loud during operation. Keeps us both awake.
