Great Product, Horrible App

The mamaRoo bassinet is great, however the app is horrible. It rarely connects to the bassinet which is extremely frustrating, especially in the middle of the night! Due to connectivity issues, I would not recommend this product.

Loved it the first week!
Now it squeaks soooo much with any motion at any speeds!
It’s so annoying to hear the squeaks and sleep through it.
Good thing my baby can sleep through it. For now.

The app is horrible! I’ve deleted the app and d/l it again about 10 times alrwady and I’ve only had this bassinet for two weeks. It keeps losing connection on the app. Once I deleted it and d/l it again, it works fine!
Over all the size of the bassinet is perfect and big! The app is very convenient when it’s working. It actually puts my baby to sleep and stay asleep.
We have to figure out how to stop the bassinet from squeaking because I know this will be a problem later when baby gets a little older. He’s currently 7 weeks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smooth and quiet - with great in-app features!

Amazing product with great features! The mobile app works great and allowed me (Dad) to adjust settings without disturbing the dogs and walking around the room late at night. Motions are smooth and QUIET for baby. Our daughter LOVED using this bassinet and we had a great experience with the warranty team! 10/10 will be using this bassinet for baby #2! We have the play-yard and baby bath, and LOVE both of those products as well!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not buy is a waste of money

This bed is crap it stuffs up constantly u turn it on it turns itself off waking the baby. Makes an awful squeeking noise all the time

Not safe

My 2 month old has slept in the nightly but about a week ago it started making a clicking sound I’ve realized as it continued that it was when she’d lay on one side rather than centered and tried to correct this now it will not only click but it stops I have switched her out of the bassinet due to this. I don’t trust this product any longer after researching and seeing where others have had this issue and the bassinet had actually ended up breaking and throwing their baby into the sides.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features, but small basket!

This bassinet is great! All the features are amazing and my baby had slept here since she was born. However, my 3 star rating comes from the fact that the bassinet itself is small. My baby was born 9lbs 4 oz, so by 3 months, she didn't fit in it. So for the price, it's not worth 3 months of usage. If you want my opinion 4moms, I think you need to make a bigger basket or make the bigger basket replaceable. Meaning, you get the normal basket and can replace it, like a plug in, ad the baby is growing. Kind of, like a grow with me bassinet. This is supposed to be 4 moms, but how about the moms woth bigger kids. We can only enjoy the features for 3 months and that's not what we want. I like the bassinet but I want to use it for more time.

Best purchase for my little one. She would not sleep in her bed at all the first 6 weeks of her life. I decided to try this bed out and within a couple days she no longer needed to sleep with me. She is 10 weeks now and only wakes up twice a night to feed and then goes straight back to bed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
