Great technology but mattress is substandard

I had great expectations for this bed and I love the whole motion and sound tech in this bed. I think this is a great invention if the baby loves to lie in it however my baby bawls when she is put in the bassinet. I think the reason is the cheap mattress lining the bed it is so feeble and not at all comfy that when she lies in the bed she wants out immediately. Looking at some of the reviews I see that some people have put bumper linings and I may try the same. I suggest the company look into upgrading the stone mattress to something more comfy like the tempur pedic mattress(which my new born sleeps in with us because she doesn’t like her bassinet )

Please note that we do not recommend placing additional padding, accessories, pillows, blankets, or stuffed animals in the bassinet. This recommendation is in alignment with the American Academy of Pediatrics’ safe sleep recommendations since the mamaRoo sleep bassinet can be used as an overnight sleep surface. Pediatricians recommend a hard, flat surface for overnight sleep.

Expensive, ok, noisy

Very expensive, very noisy, even when shut off, it sounds like it has a "cool down" and it's loud for a while after you shut it off. It also violently jerks when Turing on, or switching movement settings, and if your baby is asleep, it will wake them up with the jerking motion. The netting basket underneath broke instantly. Not happy with it. Find something cheaper and more quite, that keeps your baby asleep, and doesn't wake them up with awful "jerking movements".

Worked for first few weeks, then stopped.

This bedding was a godsend… at first. After a few weeks the bassinet would stay on for a few seconds- then just stop and the lights would flash. My baby is only 10lbs at this point, so very frustrating.

Infant loves it!!

We were given a bedside bassinet and my daughter absolutely hated it. We weren’t sleeping at night but for maybe 30mins at a time. This bassinet is the best sleep deprived purchase I’ve made. She now sleeps for 5-7 hours every night. The sheets were a little rough at first but after a couple of washes they’ve gotten softer. Overall, I’d purchase it again!

If the Bluetooth app is reason for purchasing this,Don’t buy it!! The app is trash, never works! The bassinet works great for keeping my 1 week old asleep. Haven’t used it very long though so hopefully it holds up.

Don’t recommend

We were so excited to use the bassinet as a more budget friendly version of the Snoo but have ended up extremely disappointed. The app and bassinet worked really well for the first few days but after that everything went downhill. The app lags constantly and glitches more times than not. The bassinet will start making loud noises and wake our baby up. The buttons will randomly light up in the middle of the night and wake him up because it basically shines right in his face. The bassinet will stop working all of a sudden even if it has not reached the 4 hour time limit and will turn itself off. We have also been having issues with it randomly speeding up or slowing down from the setting we put it on originally. We have looked into everything we can to make sure it is not user error so at this point we’re definitely going to be looking for something else to replace it. We had heard such good things so we couldn’t wait to get one but are overall really regretting this purchase and bummed that it isn’t working as expected.

Best bassinet EVER!

We are parents X 7 now. With children ranging from 19 years to 5 months, we have tried a LOT of equipment over the years. This bassinet is the best! Our youngest is a foster baby with special needs. He loves the movement all night long. It does stop after 4 hours, but he rarely sleeps that long. After 4 months of continuous use, it started shaking and turning off. The company had us take a video and immediately sent us a new one!! It is the best invention ever!
I would recommend this to a friend!
